We help you support hundreds of indigenous pastors who reach thousands
in·dig·e·nous [inˈdijənəs] adj. 1. originating naturally in a given place, ethnic to that area
Top reasons we help you support indigenous pastors . . .
Opportunity: Hundreds of indigenous pastors, church planters, and evangelists are trained and ready to lay their lives down in service; what they are often lacking is just the funds to serve full time.
Impact: The average indigenous pastor is 100 times more effective serving in their homeland than a foreign missionary in their homeland.
Investment: It costs on average $100,000 a year to support an American missionary in a foreign field and just $600 a year to support the average 360Serve indigenous pastor in their own homeland.
Strategy: 60% of all unreached people live in countries closed to American missionaries, but the indigenous are already there.
Need: American churches spend 95% of their offerings on home-based ministry, 4.5% on American missionary support and only 0.5% on indigenous missionary support. We believe God has blessed the US to be a blessing to the nations.
Persecution: All the indigenous pastors, church planters, evangelists, artists we support face ongoing persecution. Many of them have been ridiculed, disinherited, physically abused, their property confiscated, beaten, and thrown into prison, just because they are Christians who refuse to deny Jesus Christ.
Stewardship: American churches spend an aggregate cost of 1.55 million per salvation in the United States. For 360Serve indigenous pastors, the average cost is $5.00 per salvation in their home country. The typical 360Serve indigenous pastor who is supported at $50 per month, sees on average, 10 people come to Christ every month, or $5.00 per salvation.
Harvest: It’s estimated that 82,000 people become Christians every day. The greatest movements of God—where 1,000’s are turning to Christ are taking place in non-western countries and through the lives of indigenous pastors serving in their homeland.

with their community
Top reasons we help you support indigenous projects . . .
Tools: Indigenous projects are the tools the indigenous pastors use to share the gospel in their community.
Investment: A small amount of money can go so far in these countries. $3 provides a Bible in China. $10 provides a gospel banner in India that will be used to convey the gospel to hundreds who can’t read. $10 will provide a jacket for a child in North Vietnam.
Impact: When indigenous pastors have the right tools their gospel ministry grows and expands.
Joy: You will experience so much joy realizing you have provided an indigenous pastor with the tool they have been praying for to help share the gospel with their community.
GET TO KNOW OUR "7 P'S"
Our Phrase-the motto we use . . .
"We help YOU bring the gospel around the world." We connect you with exceptional indigenous pastors and indigenous projects for amazing results—and then we send you a picture and a paragraph about your donation so you can see and read about the impact you are making!
Our Purpose-why we exist . . .
"To serve heroes of the faith around the world." We believe every indigenous pastor featured on this website is a hero of the faith—including those who support them. he·ro /ˈhirō/ noun 1. a person who is admired or idealized for courage, outstanding achievements, or noble qualities.
Our Process–how we carry out our purpose . . .
Survey // We survey the world to identify where God is at work—where people are coming to Christ in dynamic ways. We are really good at locating "hot spots" in unreached people groups and finding the hero of the faith God is using. It’s estimated that 82,000 people a day come to know Jesus as Savior and Lord—we identify these places and join God where He is clearly at work.
Encounter // We encounter the hero of the faith God is using in the work by traveling to their country and affirm that they have no existing support base. We have partnerships in 30 countries around the world.
Reveal // We reveal our purpose to the hero of the faith and ask, “How can we serve you to further this incredible work of God?” We don’t impose our program; we fund their program–the work that God is blessing! Their program IS our program.
Visualize // We visualize on our website a compelling video and written story of God’s work taking place in that particular country. Our website highlights multiple projects you can support that are transforming lives around the world! These videos bring you face to face with the heroes of the faith you can support.
Encourage // We encourage supporters with email updates regarding the work of God they selected to support. Once you support a project you will receive email updates. We provide each donor with a picture and a paragraph regarding their donation.
Our Principles-that guide us . . .
Evangelism: We believe the greatest need in the world is for millions of people to find salvation through faith in Jesus Christ, therefore we partner with indigenous pastors, churches and organizations who are passionately committed to the work of evangelism. 2.7 billion people of our generation are still unreached with the Gospel; therefore, we target unreached people groups. “For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.” John 3:16
Indigenous: We believe the greatest movements of God, where thousands are coming to Christ are not taking place in western countries or among western pastors or missionaries, but are happening through the lives of indigenous pastors in non-western countries, therefore we partner with indigenous pastors who are serving God in some of the most difficult and persecuted areas on the planet, but these are also the areas where we are witnessing the greatest harvest of souls this world has ever seen! “Go into all the world and preach the good news to all creation.” Mark 16:15
Church: We believe the church is God’s ordained body to reach the world for Christ, therefore we partner with those committed to the church of our Lord Jesus Christ. “I will build my church, and the gates of Hades will not overcome it.” Matthew 16:18
Relationships: We believe God works in and through personal relationships, therefore we partner with indigenous pastors, and organizations with whom we have built a personal relationship. “I thank my God every time I remember you…because of your partnership in the gospel from the first day until now.” Philippians 1:3, 5
Life Transformation: We believe in life transformation for now and for eternity, therefore we meet the tangible and eternal needs for God’s work around the world. “For I was hungry and you gave me something to eat, I was thirsty and you gave me something to drink, I was a stranger and you invited me in, I needed clothes and you clothed me, I was sick and you looked after me, I was in prison and you came to visit me.” Matthew 25:35-36
Prayer: We believe in the power of prayer, therefore we have an entire department in 360Serve that covers the world, our partnerships, our donors and ministry in prayer. “Call to me and I will answer you and tell you great and unsearchable things you do not know.” Jeremiah 33:3
Our Pledge-with all donations and donors . . .
Donations: We are committed to sending 100% of every dollar donated to the project for which it is designated. Many non-profits take 10%-50% from all donations to cover their administrative costs. How can 360Serve afford to do this? We keep our overhead costs to a bare minimum and have a dedicated group of people who cover our administrative costs. Should circumstances arise where it would be impossible to fund a designated project or, should donations be received over and above the needed support for a project, 360Serve will route those funds to a project of similar nature. All undesignated donations are placed in the 360Serve give where most needed fund.
Donors: We believe in building a personal relationship with each donor. All donors receive a picture and a paragraph regarding their donation. We provide donors with monthly email updates and have people in our ministry dedicated to praying for our donors by name. Additionally, we are able to send certain prayer requests to our contacts around the world where thousands of nationals can lift up needs in prayer.
We are committed to good stewardship with the funds entrusted to us. We promise to honor the Lord and all gifts received to further the greatest impact possible in the name of Christ.

Get to know our founder & President
Dr. Mark Teyler has been traveling the globe since 1985, serving the church with acts of compassion, training and bringing the good news to thousands. These journeys have allowed him to build relationships with dozens of pastors and leaders in spiritually strategic countries around the world.
Teyler is the founder and president of 360Serve, a Christian based non-profit 501 (c) (3) located in Northern California.
Mark was born in Billings, Montana in 1961, yet grew up in the Bay Area in California. On July 27, 1981 he placed his faith in Jesus Christ for his salvation and was called into pastoral ministry. He was ordained by the Christian & Missionary Alliance in 1986. Mark holds a Bachelor's degree in Bible and Psychology, a Master's in Ministry and a Doctorate in Ministry.
In addition to serving as the President for 360Serve, Mark has served in pastoral ministry since 1983 at 3Crosses in Castro Valley, California where he serves as the pastor of Missions.
In January 2012, as Mark was praying for the world, God spoke to Mark's heart very directly about starting a non-profit for missions. The Lord shared three specific directives. First, 100% of all donations would go to the area where designated. Second, Mark would tell the stories of these humble yet inspiring national pastors and church planters (heroes of the faith) by video and in writing. Third, Mark would lead the non-profit in the strength that God would provide.
With the encouragement of his wife, Tracy, his good friend, Larry Vold and many others, Mark began in August 2012 the non-profit 360Serve that could leverage his missions experience and global relationships for maximum humanitarian, discipleship and evangelistic impact around the world.
Mark’s passion for the global church is infectious. In his own words Mark shares, “I can’t explain the love God has placed in my heart for indigenous Christian pastors, missionaries and workers. I pray for them daily. When I visit them I feel as if I’ve just arrived home. These workers are modern day heroes of the Christian faith. They inspire me with their resolute dedication, sacrifice and commitment. They serve in some of the most difficult conditions imaginable, but God is using them in ways that are beyond description; often what they lack are just resources. It’s amazing how so little can go so far. I can’t do enough to serve them!”
Mark is grateful for his mentors Jake Bellig, John Bechtel and Darryl Wright who have deeply impacted his life for global missions.
Mark serves the Lord with his wife, Tracy and has three adult sons, Josh, James, and Luke.
WHAT WE BELIEVE
That the Bible is the inspired, inerrant Word of God. It is the complete revelation of God’s will for salvation and the only true rule of faith and practice for the Christian life.
That there is one God, Creator of all things, eternally existing in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit, and that these three are co-eternal and of equal dignity and authority.
In the full deity and perfect humanity of Jesus Christ; His miraculous conception by the Holy Spirit; His virgin birth; His sinless life; His substitutionary death on a cross; His bodily resurrection; His ascension to the right hand of the Father; and His personal, imminent return.
That man was created by and for God; that by man's disobeying God, every person incurred spiritual death, which is separation from God, and physical death as a consequence; and that all people are sinners by nature and practice.
The Lord Jesus Christ died for our sins and that all who believe in Him are declared righteous because of His sacrificial death and are, therefore, in right relationship with God.
In the present ministry of the Holy Spirit indwelling all believers and therefore enabling and empowering the life and ministry of the believer.
In the bodily resurrection of everyone who has lived, the everlasting blessedness of those in right relationship with God, and the eternal separation of those who have rejected God's forgiveness in His Son.
In the universal church, composed of all true believers in Jesus Christ who are united in him and to one another by the indwelling Holy Spirit. The primary intent of the church is to worship God and witness for the Lord Jesus Christ until He returns. The local church is composed of a group of believers in a specific area who gather in the name of Jesus for worship, fellowship, teaching, evangelism and service.
